Terms & Conditions — z777c Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and z777c ("z777c", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the z777c website, platform, mobile interface and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through z777c, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the z777c Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

To register and maintain an Account on z777c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or close associate of z777c or any affiliated entity, or a family member of such a person, unless expressly permitted in writing.

z777c is an English-language platform targeting Pakistani users. Pakistani users must independently assess whether accessing this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. z777c does not represent that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or any other specific territory.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the z777c Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. z777c will never contact you and ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access.

z777c reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• False or misleading information has been provided at registration or at any subsequent point;
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Suspicious activity, fraud, money laundering or system abuse is suspected;
• Requested KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time;
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off request has been submitted by the Account holder.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

z777c supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods. Payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on the Platform for contextual familiarity only. They do not imply that those institutions endorse, support, or are affiliated with z777c or any gambling activity.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor.
• z777c reserves the right to decline, reverse or hold any deposit pending KYC review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible (return-to-source policy).
• All Users must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of valid government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing time frames are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• z777c may request additional documentation for large withdrawal requests at its sole discretion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all z777c promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet per spin or wager applies as specified in each promotion's terms. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in bonus cancellation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: z777c reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus, and to close any Account, where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering patterns, value extraction without genuine gameplay intent, or circumvention of wagering requirements.

z777c reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Accounts in accordance with the terms under which they were awarded.

All bets and wagers placed on the z777c Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game or product. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at bet placement are the odds applied to the settled bet.
• z777c covers sports including Pakistan cricket (bilateral series, ICC events, PSL, T20 leagues), football, kabaddi, UFC and other major sporting events. The availability of specific markets is at z777c's discretion.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. Bets placed in-play are accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of acceptance, which may differ from displayed odds due to latency.
• z777c reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where system errors have occurred, and to correct errors in settled bets.

Casino & Live Games:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are disclosed within each game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's programmatic rules. z777c is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the User's side.
• Live dealer game results as confirmed by the dealer and the platform system are final. Disputes arising from human dealing error will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z777c Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information at any time;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading or use of privileged information in sports betting;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing z777c staff or other Users through any communication channel;
• Charging back any deposit or otherwise reversing a payment made to z777c through fraudulent means.

z777c is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, adjustable from within Account Settings;
• Loss Limits: Limits on the maximum net loss over a defined period;
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders of time spent on the Platform;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from z777c;
• Scraping, crawling or systematically downloading Platform content via automated means;
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform on another website or service;
• Using z777c's trademarks, logos or brand elements without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted herein immediately and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777c, its directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, maintenance periods, or technical failures;
• Losses arising from User reliance on inaccurate odds, game information or promotional materials where such inaccuracies were promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Losses attributable to a User's breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, z777c's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User during the same period.

z777c reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, z777c will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with the Account.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. z777c recommends that Users review the Terms at least once every three months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z777c is incorporated or licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Users are encouraged to contact z777c's Support team to attempt an informal resolution. z777c will use reasonable efforts to resolve genuine complaints within a reasonable time frame.

Pakistani Users: Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory rights you may hold under Pakistani consumer protection or other applicable laws.
